How we've set up the park

Legal permission first
The land has NA permission for industrial use from the Collector, Surat, and the plots follow a layout approved by the Town Planner, Surat.
Services already in
RCC roads, the DGVCL power line, water, drainage, street lights, the compound wall and gate, and security are already provided.
Common land for the owners
The common plots and roads belong jointly to the plot owners, as the NA order requires.
Open about the site
Plot areas and outlines come from the approved layout and the architect's drawing. The plan also shows the 440 kV line that crosses the site, so you can see where every plot stands.
Meet us at the park
The site office is open Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm.
